New experience with Air France.
Hi Kees, thank you for your help, it went really well! It was great that we didn’t have to wait long at security, where the outbound journey almost went wrong because he wanted to run off, but the Axxicom assistant was able to stop him when I was picking up my belongings from the conveyor belt. Boarding first was also very pleasant, no stress in long lines, perfect! Both the outbound and return trips went perfectly with Air France! Highly recommended, I was able to travel very comfortably even though I found it quite stressful to travel alone with my son. Many thanks for everything once again!

Transavia experience:
Hi hi.
Just wanted to let you know that everything went well during our travel.
We registered ourselves at the Transavia desk and the gentleman there told me which check-in desk we could go to
(So not at the end of the long, long line)
Inside, there was no additional assistance (possibly) provided; but luckily, we didn’t need it either
Each time, we just boarded as one of the last to board
Thanks again for registering us for the medical services 👍🏼

Transavia. Eindhoven-Faro
We are now back from vacation and both the outbound and return trips went very well! We were allowed to go through security at Eindhoven via the fast lane, so we could pass through quickly. At the gate, we were allowed to wait at the door until we could board, so away from the crowd. Then we were the first to board, and only once we were seated did the real boarding begin. On the way back in Faro, the person who checked us in immediately asked if and what kind of assistance we needed since they saw in the system that we had someone with ASD in our group. So there was plenty of help and understanding there as well. It seems like a small thing, but it made a huge difference for my son; on the way back he didn’t even have to sit next to me as usual, but happily next to his sister! Thank you so much for your help!!

Came back yesterday from a lovely vacation in France. Flew with Air France. Received assistance at Schiphol up until after security. This was on our own request; otherwise, we would have had to wait 2 hours for assistance. (Then we would have had to wait there until about an hour before departure, which would have also caused restlessness for the youngest). We found a quiet spot at the gate at our own pace. Before landing, the staff asked us to wait until everyone had disembarked. Afterwards, we were taken to passport control with assistance... such a relief not to have to figure it out ourselves... On the way back, we once again received excellent assistance up to getting on the plane. This process was also clear and smooth! Really great that this is possible!

An experience with DPNA with Cathay Pacific to the Philippines.
My wife and child are on the last flight (from Manila to Cagayan de Oro).
The DPNA was nice, but unfortunately Tristan still had 2 meltdowns (one at Schiphol an hour before the flight, the other at the domestic flight also an hour before the flight at the gate).
This is not due to the DPNA procedure but because he is too eager to fly, and the last part when he is already at the gate is too much for him; then the tension comes out and he has panic and tears/crying and shouts "fly" and walks around restlessly.
I hope he will get over this someday, I think it’s the whole buildup of tension about going to the Philippines. The PowerPoint I had made only partially worked; it gave him clarity but also immediately the urge to want to fly.
But well, the DPNA was nice, everything went smoothly, and even in Hong Kong and Manila she received support, which helped my wife to stay composed when Tristan was having a hard time.

TUIFly. Gran Canaria
Since yesterday, we're back from our vacation to Gran Canaria with the five of us, and I wanted to let you know that the DPNA code saved us a lot of waiting time. At Schiphol, we had to check in ourselves first, but after that, we received assistance up to boarding. There, my son and I were the first to board with a group of other people. So very nice overall, but the return trip was even better. We were given priority and help with the luggage. At Las Palmas, there is a special customs line for parents with children that we were also allowed to use (even though our son is already 10). Very nice, as it was calm and less intimidating than at Schiphol. This time, our whole family was allowed to board first and again disembark last. Since he is a picky eater, the cabin crew even got him a sandwich from their own food! All praise to everyone, this made our vacation extra enjoyable. And you, Kees, thanks for making the DPNA priority possible for the DPNA futuristic children! We didn't feel different or uncomfortable even once! Only special!
